Dr. de Kleer completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, received her medical degree from the University of Toronto, graduating with honors in these programs, She completed her 5 years of surgical training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto. Dr. de Kleer attends many courses and conferences to ensure you are offered the most up to date techniques and advances in the exciting field of plastic surgery.

Dr. de Kleer is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. de Kleer is a member of the Ontario Society of Plastic Surgeons and Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. de Kleer currently heads the Division of Plastic Surgery at Halton Healthcare Services. Dr. de Kleer also has privileges at the Mississauga and Burlington hospitals.
