Dr. Weinberg is a renowned Royal College certified Plastic Surgeon. Chief of Plastic Surgery at Trillium Health Centre (formerly called the Mississauga Hospital) since 2005 , he is also the founder of the Mississauga Cosmetic Surgery and Laser Clinic, a prestigious, CAAASF accredited private surgical facility, and performs all the surgery at the clinic without assistance from students or residents. He also sees breast surgical consultations at his office in downtown Toronto, conveniently located steps from Yorkville.

Dr. Weinberg earned an honors Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Medical Biophysics before obtaining his medical degree and completing his Plastic Surgery Residency at University of Toronto in 1996. He is a member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgery, the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Ontario Society of Plastic Surgery, and is former President of that Society.
